Use this page to tell us about illegal content on SkillNav, such as a fraudulent job, a fake profile, hate speech, threats or an offer of illegal work. Anyone can report, with or without a SkillNav account.

Report in the app (fastest)
Open the profile, job, message or assistant answer, tap Report and choose Illegal content. The report reaches our team straight away and is linked to the right item.
Report by email
Write to info@skillnav.net with the subject "Illegal content". Please include:
- where the content is: the name of the job or profile, the date of the message and, if you can, a screenshot or the link;
- why you believe it is illegal;
- your name and email address, so we can tell you what we decided (you do not need to give your name if you report child sexual abuse material);
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the information in your report is accurate and complete.
What happens next
- We confirm that we received your report and review it carefully, as quickly as possible.
- If the content is illegal or breaks our terms, we remove it, limit it or suspend the account. Decisions are made by people from our team.
- We tell you what we decided. The person whose content we removed is told the reason and how to appeal.
- If there is a threat to someone's life or safety, we inform the police.
